30-day returns
We have a 30-day return policy — you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Conditions
To be eligible, items must be in the same condition you received them, and a receipt or proof of purchase is needed. To start a return, email phyllisbordo@gmail.com.
Damaged or wrong items
Please inspect your order and contact us immediately if an item is damaged or incorrect, so we can evaluate and make it right.
Exceptions
Returns are not accepted on sale items or gift cards. Exchanges are not offered.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Banks or credit-card companies may take additional time to process — if more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us again.
